Baseball Storyboards

So as baseball season quickly comes to an end, I thought I would post some highlights of the last few months.
I cannot tell you how much fun it is to watch my boys play sports. I love every moment.
I know these are the best days of my life!
I have watched both of them fail and succeed in many different ways this year. They have been challenged and grown both athletically and mentally from the many lessons learned.
Mitchell has learned how powerful his mind is and that he can use his mind to have power over his body. That is an enormous success and accomplishment for such a young boy. This will carry him throughout his whole life. (Who said sports is for dummies??) I am so proud of him and admire his willingness to always try to be better.
Cade has grown in so many ways this season. He started playing catcher and loved almost every minute of it. He is a serious athlete and has learned that a lot of skills don't come easy for him. But his effort and heart make up for all he lacks and it makes him better than the average kid because he never quits, even when the tough is too tough he sticks it out. Again, lessons I've learned from my young children.
So in tribute to baseball season and my boys. . . .listen to the song "I am the greatest" on my playlist. I couldn't explain the last few months better if I tried.
